Delivery Details:

• Deliveries are done all year round. Delays in delivery will be due to weather concerns as we strive to deliver your woods as dry as possible.
• Firewood, Braai wood and any other item or accessory purchased from Ablaze will only be delivered once full payment has cleared in our bank account.
• Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (Public holidays and weekends excluded).
• Deliveries will only be made on weekends and/or public holidays if major delays are incurred where deliveries have already been confirmed.

• Delivery times are as follows:

Monday to Thursday 08:00am to 17:00pm
Fridays from 08:00am to 14:00pm

• Deliveries done within 2 - 5 business days after payment has cleared.
• Delivery fees are calculated at checkout. (Delivery cost is dependent on locale and is at a set rate for (250pcs to 2000pcs) or (10 bags to 100 bags) per area.
• Deliveries that exceed 2000pcs or 100 bags might incur additional costs. Please enquire via e-mail about larger deliveries before placing an order.
• Collections are currently available from our Durbanville office (for small orders no larger than 250pcs or 10 Bags). You will be informed via WhatsApp or Email when goods are ready to be collected.
• Stacking fees are to cover labour and time.
• It is the clients responsibility to ensure that there will be someone present on the day of delivery.
• If you live in a gated complex or security estate, please inform us prior to delivery where access codes are required. Please send the access codes to us via email and use your order number as reference.

Payment Details:

• Currently Only EFT Payments are accepted.
• EFT Payments are accepted from your bank directly to ours (Orders will only be processed once payment has been cleared in our bank account.
• Proof of payment will act as a indication of payment only. Orders will not be processed on proof of payment only.
• Card payments welcome for collections only.

Refund Policy:

• If there are any issues with your delivery/order, please inform us as soon as possible but later than 3 days after the delivery has taken place. We are more than happy assist where we possibly can.
• We do not take any responsibility for refunds or swops for local woods such as Black Wattle, Rooikraans and Bluegum. We unfortunately cannot guarantee these wood types as we deal with local harvesters conduct business differently.
• If we have short delivered/wrong delivered, please inform us via email or whatsapp message as soon as possible. This will be rectified within 7 business days.
• Any cancelations after order processing and prior to delivery will incur a 10% handling fee.
• Any cancellation whilst orders are out for delivery will incur a 25% handling fee.
• If you have overpaid, we shall pay the difference back to you within 5 business days or you may request a credit on your next purchase..

• Free deliveries apply to the following areas only or within 20km from our depot:

• Bellville; Brackenfell; Durbanville; Elsies Rivier; Goodwood; Joostenberg Vlakte; Kuilsriver; Panorama; Paarl; Parow; Plattekloof; Welgelegen;Wellington.
• Deliveries are done from 08:00am to 17:00 - Monday to Thursday and from 08:00 to 14:00 - Fridays.
