Ablaze Firewood Policies: We are committed to providing exceptional service and high-quality products. Please review the following Delivery Policy. These policies are designed to ensure that your experience with us is smooth and satisfactory.


1. Our Delivery Policy:

General Delivery Information:

  • Delivery Availability: We provide year-round delivery services, although weather conditions may cause occasional delays. We prioritize delivering your firewood and related products as dry as possible, and adverse weather can impact delivery schedules.
    • Delivery Schedule:
    • Monday to Thursday: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM
    • Friday: 08:00 AM - 02:00 PM
  • Weekends & Public Holidays: Deliveries are not conducted on weekends or public holidays unless major delays occur. We will notify you in case weekend or public holiday delivery is necessary due to a confirmed delay.
  • Delivery Timeframe: Deliveries will be made within 2 - 5 business days after full payment has been received and cleared in our bank account. Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Payment and Delivery Confirmation:

  • Full Payment Required: Orders will be processed only after payment has been fully cleared in our bank account. Upon confirmation of payment, you will receive an email or WhatsApp notification with your delivery details.
  • Delivery Fees: Delivery fees are automatically calculated at checkout, based on delivery location and order size (e.g., 250 pieces to 2000 pieces or 10 bags to 100 bags). For larger orders, exceeding 2000 pieces or 100 bags, please contact us before placing your order for customized pricing.

Customer Responsibilities:

  • Presence at Delivery: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that someone is present at the delivery location to receive the goods. If the delivery cannot be completed due to no one being available, the delivery will be rescheduled, and additional charges may apply.
  • Access Requirements: If your property is within a gated complex or security estate, please notify us before delivery if access codes are required. Send access codes to us via email along with your order number as a reference.

Delivery Areas:

We serve the following areas and their surrounds:

  • Atlantic Seaboard
  • Northern Suburbs
  • Peninsula
  • Southern Suburbs
  • Western Seaboard
  • Winelands

If your area falls outside these regions, please contact us to discuss potential delivery options.

2. Stacking Service:

The stacking fee applies to delivery orders only and covers the labor and time involved in preparing and stacking your firewood at the delivery location. This service is optional and is provided at the customer’s request.

Stacking Fee Details:

  • Rate: The stacking fee is R10.00 per bag of firewood or related products delivered.
  • Service Availability: The stacking service is available only at the delivery location, and customers must request it when confirming their order. If you choose the stacking service, the applicable fee will be added to your order.
  • Scope of Service: The stacking fee covers the time and labor involved in organizing and neatly stacking the firewood at the delivery site.

How to Request Stacking:

  • If you would like to request stacking, please select this option on the product page. The amount will update automatically and accordingly.
