Namib Firestarters are considered the best for use as Potjie kindling, and they are typically made in-house by Ablaze Firewood. These firestarters are composed of various Namibian hardwoods, utilizing either small off-cuts or chopped and made pieces. Notably, they are super dry, which allows them to burn more efficiently than other types of kindling. They generate a significant amount of heat and can even be used for a quick braai. Their versatility makes them perfect for braais, pizza ovens, and fireplaces.
